YOUNG THUG AND FUTURE HAVE OFFICIALLY
BURIED THEIR BEEF
Tensions
between Young Thug and Future seemed to have been mended after they shared the
stage at Drake’s Summer Sixteen Tour last month. Oh, and when they collaborated
on “Who,” a standout from Future and DJ Esco’s Project E.T. mixtape. But in
case that wasn’t proof enough, the Atlanta titans have now made their rekindled
friendship Instagram official.
Over the
weekend, Thugger posted a photo of him and Future together, captioning it with
a short but sweet apology: “My brada... I'm sorry for the internet argumentS!!
Thug and
Future’s feud began in November 2015, when producer Metro Boomin called out
artists trying to emulate Future. Thugger, assuming he was the one being
targeted, fired back, and then the two took shots again in February of this
year with more snarky tweets. Ergo, “internet argumentS.”
There’s no
apology more sincere than one publicly declared to millions of fans, so it’s
safe to call this beef officially, finally squashed. Less bitter subtweeting,
more awesome collabs, please.
